We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner via the grill out on the deck and even hopped in the hot tub even though it was under 40 outside! Our 9 year old loved having her own space in the loft above the bathroom and kitchen, and we were impressed how efficient we were able to prepare our meals with the well thought out minimalist kitchen. The house is about 10 minutes north of Winterplace Ski Resort, which made it perfect for our ski trip, and about 15 minutes south of Beckley where you can find everything you need—restaurants, groceries, and shopping.The host was great and answered all of our questions quickly, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
