âThe property was well maintained. It showed a bit wear with the age but it was very clean so that wasn't a factor at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but was kept well stocked. Coffee was really good as was the apple juice. Rooms were very comfortable and large. â
âOwners Thomas and Viji were great people. Made stay very convenient and fun! Check in and out are super easy! Breakfast was made a lovely chef who went out the way for my dietary restriction. Loved my stay and will make this my stop in Louisville â
âThe staff all went above and beyond for us. Ricky found us a room very early, since we were dropped off the Cruise ship at 8:30 AM. Shuttle drives were friendly, seemed to 'like their job".
One problem. The SQUEEZE SOAP,ETC. They are cute,etc, but not for us elderly with weak hands. It took both of us squeezing top and bottom together to get a little bit. Maybe have some bar soap to offer if the guest looks like they may be interested.

âThis is one of the cleanest, well-maintained hotels that I've ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The in-room fridge kept our drinks very cold, which was great considering how hot the weather was while we were there. It's located right across the street from the Kentucky Expo Center, which housed the venue we were attending.â
âThe front desk check in was amazing! She had a lovely inviting smile. She answered our questions and made us feel warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay as we dropped off our daughter at the U of L. â
âAfter staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Alâs Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit ...
âStaff were very friendly and eager to help. Room and hotel were clean. The pool felt great and was also kept very clean. Would stay again. Being next to the airport as well, the sound of the planes did not keep us up at night. â
