« Loved my stay, rooms very clean. A/c good and cold. And at the front desk i met the sweetest lady called Grannie Ann. She's a true diamond. So glad I met this little lady made us feel right at home. This was not a vacation trip . I was in town for horrible reasons but.This hotel was a blessing me and my granddaughter was able to come to the room decompress and relax at the indoor pool »

« The beds were and made, and towels were replenished - but the trash was not taken out, nor was the floor vacuumed, we were out of tissues. The bathtub is very slow to drain, after shower I had a lake in the bathtub. »

« I believe this is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. It was actually cleaner than a Marriott I stayed in a month ago. The room was very spacious and plenty of counter space to put our belongings. The staff was kind and helpful before I could even enter the doors. Got to check in early, which was a plus after a long drive. The room was comfortable, clean and cool. »
