« The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay! »

« Went down for a vacation of 4days 3 nights.. Had a negative experience with this stay, The host entered the property with out letting us know and texted afterwards. The host lives above the property which usually isn't a issue, but the hoat at all hours of the night you can hear them watching tv and talking and walking back and forth. « We had a great 1 night stay at this unique property! It had everything we needed and was quite cozy, yet very spacious for our little family of 4. It was a perfect stopping point for our road trip as it’s right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and stores. « Check in time is 4 pm. When we arrived at 4:05pm, the cleaning lady was still there. Well, they missed the mark on cleaning. The refrigerator was filthy inside. The first thing we did was clean the refrigerator. There were spider webs in the downstairs bedroom that had to be removed. « Excellent communication from host, new property with all the amenities you could possibly want, and farm setting with great views of surrounding area. The stars at night are spectacular. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away. »

« This Location was exactly what my family was looking for in a Thanksgiving vacation! Its an easy drive to Rock City but far enough out of the city to feel safe letting the kids run around in the spacious backyard. There's a walmart market just a few minutes from the house for groceries and the home had everything needed to cook a large family meal. The table fit all 10 of us adults and 2 kids.
