„Overall great little place to stay. Had a little difficulty trying to maneuver boats to park. House is situated on a little hill and blind curve making exiting property a little worrisome. Still had a great time, amenities were great, memories were made“

„The house was clean, tidy and provided absolutely everything we needed….and more. We were in town for a wrestling camp at Cleveland High School and we couldn’t have found a more perfect location. Quick access to everything, quiet and quaint location, great amenities, and more. We will be staying here again if we make our way back to Cleveland, TN! Awesome property and the hosts were very helpful and timely in all of their responses! “

„If you are looking for modern and new this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a spacious well loved home, you have found it. Everything was very clean! 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a study, large dinning and furnish kitchen. The art decorating the home is beautiful and the view is stunning. Can you imagine having a private lake with your very own waterfall and path thur the woods. I highly recommend Montlake Retreat. “

„We hosted a family reunion! It was everything we hoped for! Kids loved the lake, boating and fishing! The accommodations were perfect! There was more than enough space for our large group cookouts, gathering on the decks to watch the sunsets, and storytelling in the living room space. Beverly is a great host! Communication A!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was our second reunion there and would highly recommend!!! “

„What a great escape! We didn’t want to leave the lake house. Everything was pleasant and easy. We will coming back. Plenty of parking for our pontoon trailer and the covered dock was perfect for our pontoon. We drove to Dayton one night for dinner, but we cooked the rest of the time in a nicely furnished kitchen. Great communication with the owners and they provided many great entertainment options around the area. The river views were fantastic. “
