Hôtel près de Hochalmbahn, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Saalbach-Hinterglemm

« Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok.

« Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

« Excellent déjeuner!Désert pas fort! »

« Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

« View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay. »

« Situated right on a main road, the traffic noise made the balcony less enjoyable. The apartment was okay for the basics, but cleanliness and upkeep fell short of 4-star expectations, with signs of wear, a tired kitchen, and minor maintenance issues. The weekday breakfast was very simple and limited. Given the price, we didn't feel fully comfortable and wouldn't return. »

« Skøn udsigt fra huset mod bjergene »

« Great proximity to the water however we were in the lower rooms facing the water and it was terribly noisy from the train. Hard to sleep & very very loud. I would book high up room or rooms Facing the town. »

« Sehr zentrale Lage, großes Apartment, Parkplatz direkt nebendran »

« Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. »

« Ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Das Restaurant ( Dienstag geschlossen) war hervoragend. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. »
