Great location

We could easily walk to the beach or use the amazing backyard pool/spa/living space. The no see ums were in abundance so it’s nice that there is a screened in balcony on the front as well. Beach was not crowded at all and has soft sand and warm water.Our family of 9 used the long long table a lot as well as the indoor basketball game. We also easily walked to the free pickleball courts.Publix also very close to get groceries. Pool and spa were very clean and the tropical environment is amazing. There were a few minor issues that management said they are going to fix.Kitchen was spacious and easy to use.

Perfect central location on AMI

We stayed for a family Girls Week trip. The central location on the island was perfect. The beach and the trolley stop were just 1.5-2 blocks away. Having a pool all to ourselves was a really nice treat. The house had everything we needed. Our only complaints were that the mosquitos were out in full force and sometimes drove us inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

My family (all adults) had an amazing week when we stayd at this home. The house was a great size and so welcoming. The living room, dining room, and kitchen area being open allowed us to spend time together. We loved the dining room table, which accomodated our whole group of 9 (10 person table). The living room and dining room seating was so comfortable! We loved the private back yard with pool, hot tub, and seating area with tv, where we spent a great deal of time.The downstairs had a ping pong table and basketball game, which provided a lot of fun! The beach was so close, only about a block and 1/2 walk and all beach supplies were provided. We loved the elevator, which really helped with my father and bringing in luggage and groceries. We received prompt responses from the property manager and great communication! Don't pass up this amazing house!

Absolutely Gorgeous House

Our family group of 7 adults and 2 young children had a marvelous time! The house was wonderful- clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. Beach toys and wagons were super handy. The pool & hot tub were lovely And we spent lots of time enjoying both. Beach is a two block walk from the house and is beautiful. The sand is like velvet and we saw dolphins swimming by a few times. We had a special week here.

AMI 2024

We have rented several condos and homes on AMI over the past 20 years. This home had everything we needed for us, our adult children and young grandchildren. So convenient to the beach, Duffy’s, Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, and shopping plaza. Weather was ideal, which made for a totally relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all. Sand Castle

Loved staying in this house, The back yard with pool was awesome. We needed a new propane tank the first day of our vacation, and they delivered one to us within 90 minutes on Saturday evening. Plenty of beach chairs and toys also.

Family getaway

This was a family vacation with our children and their families. What a great time. The house was perfect and the location was great! Walking distance to the beach and the trolley stop. We’ve never been to Anna Maria Island and it didn’t disappoint. The pool was a lifesaver since there was red tide while we were there. The owners were easy to contact and the concierge service made my life easy. Highly recommend this property for a large group. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Island

We loved the house, but it wasn't cleaned very well. All the pillows & sheets smelled terrible so I washed sheets and bought new pillows. Location was perfect! We loved all the sand toys and pool/hot tub! Over all we had a great time!

The house met our needs perfectly. Nice location! Short walk to beach. Lots of towels and beach necessities provided. Fun ping pong and basketball game in the garage. Shaded pool was great after long days in sun. No frills and a little dated interior but worked for us!!!

Amazing

This was our favorite house by far! The keyless entry was a plus and property manager got back with us quickly when we ran out of propane for the grill! I had also acquired if there was a coffee pot (besides the keurig pictured) or if I should bring my own...they had purchased one before our arrival and had it placed on the counter! Swan towels were a nice touch on each bed! OVERALL AMAZING!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 7 kiddos and 3 adults and there was plenty of room. We loved all of the “extras” in the garage for guests to use at the beach, and we left our brand nee umbrella and boogie boards for future guests to enjoy. The pool was fantastkc! We would recommend this home to anyone with a large family!!

Sunset Paradise

I loved the vacation this year. Weather was amazing. The sand is so fine . And really clean ..you have your shells in there as well but it was just wonderful...the sunsets are the most magical thing to watch. We also saw dolphins and manatees... The water is so clear you can see you feet on the bottom of the ocean floor. Waves are not crazy either...you can just enjoy floating around. The house was excellent very clean the elevator made it nice for the 3rd rooms to send up the luggage. The pool and hot tub was magnificent. The only thing is you will have to keep up on cleaning the pool for leaves and other plant varieties.

Wonderful property!

We thought the house was great! We loved the layout and it was a super short walk to the beach. Very easy to do with small children. The hot tub was much needed too! Only issues were the long pool cleaner tube and vacuum in the pool at all times. We noticed other pools did not have it in.

Wonderful week at Sand Castle

We spent a week at this lovely, well-maintained home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and short 2 block walk to the beach. Our adult boys said they enjoyed the backyard pool more than the beach. THe beach was close enough to go during the day and then walk back for sunset. Lovely property and we hope to return.

Beautiful home and great location!

We rented this home for our family vacation which included our 2 teen children and they each brought a friend. The house was immaculate upon arrival and everything we needed, wanted, and expected. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own room and space for privacy as well as plenty room for shared space to relax, hang out and watch tv, or sit around the table for some family game time! Everyone, especially the kids, used and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night! Location is great as we were walking distance to the beach and close to shopping and dining!! Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!!

The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The short walk to the beach is an ideal location. The home provides wagons and beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying in this home!

Great Vacation Rental!!!
