« We will very impressed with this listing. The beach is only a 4 minute walk and it is super close to restaurants and Publix! We didn’t use our cars and loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The pool was amazing for after the beach and the parking situation was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this listing more for a family or girls trip with about 6-7 people. We would 100% stay again and I have also recommended it to family/friends »

« We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island. Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point. »

« Come for a birthday trip from my spouse. Great trip. Bungalow was good. A litte dated in some areas but nothing serious. It didn't have a blow dryer but they took care of that. Hot water tank went to leaking but they replaced while we were out for the day so not to interrupt our time. All in all would stay again. Thanks »

« Absolutely fantastic! We’ve traveled to AMI several times and this was probably our favorite property. Plenty of space with all the amenities anyone could need. The pool/yard is a relaxing oasis. The table and shady area of the pool is ideal for drinks, snacks and a bit of respite from the bright sunshine. The landscaping gives you a sense of privacy. The location is ideal, especially if you rent Craig’s golf cart for your stay. Restaurants, shops and beach access are close to the house....

« Our stay was a last minute stay for the Memorial Day weekend. Availability was sparse and this was one of the only properties that were left but we liked the decor and location. Upon arrival, we were pleased with everything and our only two complaints were that some kitchen items were missing - cookie sheet for frozen pizza - and the lack of lighting in the living room with no lamp on the end table. Not big issues but seemingly common sense. Also, my sister and her family rented a 3 bedroom,...

« Property is old and needs updating and some paint. Back door is clear glass with no privacy. We had to cover glass with black garbage bags since there were no blinds or curtains. Bathroom needs updated. Dirt between wall and washer/dryer. »
