« My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. « This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). « Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside. The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more.
