This place was top notch. You will not be disappointed. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Views were amazing and the condo was perfect. If you want a great place with the perfect location this is it. Valet guys were on it every time.

Overall the building is managed well, but old. The Unit are a bit “tired” and fortunately the front desk helped us get a decent unit on the 29th floor. Be prepared to not get the Unit you selected on the VRBO website, and this is in the small print of the detailed description. The daily housekeeping is a great service, along with the Valet parking. The pool and the fitness areas are real disappointments. Overall a Decent location and a B grade of an experience for the nightly cost.

Excellent view and location

The location and views from this place are stellar. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. Cleaning is excellent. Valet staff were great. The views of the ocean cannot be beat. We were impressed with everything this place had to offer and would definitely stay here again if we come to Oahu.

Ocean view convenience

Great location near Kapiolani Park. Well appointed kitchen with nice appliances including rice steamer and blender. One king and two twins were perfect for our family with teens. Mattresses were Very Firm. Stacked washer and dryer were perfect but we were only provided one laundry detergent pouch. The lanai was perfect for watching surfers and watching the sunset. The gym offered cardio and weight machines but the spin bikes were generic and a disappointment. The location was close to many fabulous restaurants. Pleasantly surprised by Oahu Mexican Grill which is up the street and LuLus is great too. Unit does not provide a beach cooler or beach equipment so plan to pack a soft cooler and rent things at beach. Fresh beach towels are provided and your welcome bag includes aluminum water bottles for each guest and a tote bag with reef safe sunscreen. Housekeeping is offered daily and they are quick and efficient.

This was a great place to stay.......

...We stayed in the property in February on the 7th floor and then in April on the 23rd floor. The view was spectacular. Great Sunsets. Cleaning service each day.did a great job.. Appliances are top notch. We have decided to make this location an annual holiday. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

Incredible service

From check in to exit the service was incredible and a refreshing change! The condo was as described, we used the grill which we reserved and an attendant was there to light it, hang out while we used it, then cleaned it when we were done. Jacuzzi was a little too hot but clean and not overly chlorinated, big, delightful surprise! I asked for 20 extra hangers (I know, what a pain) but 15 minutes later, they were delivered. We needed the twin beds pushed together and we had planned to do that ourselves, nope, the guys came up and handled the whole process! We had a rental car, it was delivered to us in a flash. We use VRBO regularly and this condo and their staff were absolutely incredible. Be their guest, you won't regret it!

Nice place. Affordable

This was an affordable place to take the family. We visited my daughter at UofH Manoa and she was able to stay with us. The living rooms are large and the kitchen is great. Overall, I would stay here again. The check in process is a little slow because its not a standard hotel but after that the staff was very kind and helpful, especially the valet staff. Beautiful Views and Great Condo Layout

Loved, loved, loved so much of our time there from the lovely folks that work at reception, valet and cleaning services, etc. I thought the mattress and sheets were not as comfy / luxurious as one would expect for the cost of this rental. Also, there wasn't even salt and pepper in the kitchen to cook with. It was a nice kitchen to cook in, but it would have been nice to have at least something as common as salt and paper that we didn't have to purchase and leave behind after one week. Some of the deck furniture seems a bit old and beat up, too. Other than these items it was a truly lovely stay and we appreciate all the location, views, kindness and great response from the property management for booking, etc.

Best Place to Stay on Waikiki Beach!

This location is excellent, literally walk across the street and you’re on the beach! Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, Honolulu Zoo, quick Uber ride to Diamond Head or bike there, lovely path to walk along beachfront, surf board/chair/umbrella rentals just around the corner from Billabong shop! The condo itself is very spacious, completely clean, beds are comfortable, the view is AMAZING, you could spend hours on the back porch just watching all the surfers! Staff is amazing too, beach towels are available, daily room cleaning, and surf board storage! It’s definitely expensive, but so worth it for location and view!!!

Truly enjoyed waking up each morning in the master bedroom with all the amazing views!!! Everything and everyone was perfect and extremely helpful. Prime location and close to everything: shopping, food, beach. Note: TV in the 2nd bedroom was not working. Overall, I would rate my stay as 6 stars if I could!!!!!!
