Our December/January stay was convenient and easy. Contactless check in to our room and parking (included in room cost) was easy. Quick responses from the resort and clear continuous communication was received. There were enough supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, linens and kitchen necessities etc.) throughout our stay. We grocery shopped and stocked our kitchen with food and snacks for cost efficiency. Our room was clean and had a lot of room. 2 queen beds in the bedroom with privacy sliding pocket doors were firm and comfortable. The murphy bed located in the living room was soft and comfortable. The room also has a balcony with chairs and a table to relax on overlooking the outdoor activities area (pool, hot tub, bbq stations and a court). Closet to hang clothes (a few hangers), and 1 dresser in the living room. We did live out of our suitcases for the week. Luggage racks would be a nice added accessory. Laundry is located on the same floor with a fee. Trash shoot has its own room on your floor to discard throughout your stay. Extremely convenient location, within walking distance to beach, food, zoo and shopping. Bus line is located on the corner if you decide not to rent a car. Resort has a coffee shop and mini-market on site. I would highly recommend staying here. When we travel back I would stay here again.
