IMPORTANT NOTE ON LOCAL COMPLIANCE: Hopatcong Township strictly requires all short-term rentals to submit a mandatory Change of Occupancy Notification prior to guest arrival. To comply with local town laws, all confirmed guests must provide the full names and ages of everyone staying, along with vehicle details (year, make, model, color, and license plate number) at least 24 hours before check-in.
