« When we arrived, one of the rooms was not made up. The beds were stripped and the bed linens were piled on a desk. The clerk at the desk apologized and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a king size bed. Talk about great customer service! This is the third year we have stayed at this Fairfield and we will definitely be back next year! The free breakfast was also fantastic. The variety of food provided would have easily cost $20 or more at a restaurant. »
