Cleanliness was pretty good, like any place there are some detailed cleaning that could be done but couldn't my house too ;) Everything was clean and comfortable. „The house is so warm and inviting...like home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. We liked the location, which is near the lake, on a quiet street of houses. Lake Barkley State Park is less than 2 miles away and Cadiz was only 7 miles. We loved the sun porch, where we spent a great deal of time in spite of the high temperatures.We appreciated the extra toiletries in each bathroom and ample kitchen necessities. We had a great stay here. We were happy!“

„The house itself was nice and worked out well for our family (5 adults and 2 children). It was nice and clean with plenty of space. There was lots of wildlife. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The roads to the house were not great (narrow and in poor condition with sharp corners and steep banks). I would not suggest pulling a boat or trailer to the house. There are steps down to the dock, but they are rough. The power at the dock had been damaged and did not work. ...
