Behind the property are playing fields and a children’s playground. Nearby attractions include the seaside, the Roman town of Horncastle, known for antique shops, and the Georgian market town of Louth, which hosts three weekly markets. Lincoln, with its cathedral featured in The Da Vinci Code, castle, and Magna Carta Visitor Centre, is also worth visiting. Aviation enthusiasts can explore the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitor Centre at Coningsby, 15 miles away. For active visitors, there are excellent walking and cycling routes, while golfers can enjoy Woodhall Spa Golf Club, 12 miles away, or Kenwick Park Golf Club, 7 miles away. Fishing is available with a license. The beach is 17 miles away, and the pub is just 20 yards from the cottage.

Stepping into this pretty cottage, you will find the charming living area which has exposed brickwork and beams creating a characterful feel to this space. Curl up on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV. An electric fire is also provided should the chilly nights prevail. The chef of the group will enjoy cooking up delicious dinners and preparing breakfasts in the cottage-style kitchen/diner, a welcoming space to enjoy socialising.
