« Owner met us at check in and showed us around. Nice property right on the river. Property had lots of little things for families already on site like kayaks, games, cotton candy maker, etc… Primary bed is adjustable, sun room is great in the spring. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Great little place to stay in Spicewood. We are currently looking for a home in the area and this was centrally located. If you like tiny houses, you’ll love this place. The host was great sending us all of the things to do in the area as well as all of the local restaurants. I definitely recommend. »
