We stayed here for a weekend Valentine’s getaway in Hot Springs and overall had a great experience. The place was very clean when we arrived, it smelled clean, the sheets were soft and fresh, and the blinds were open with a welcoming view of the lake. That first impression really set the tone.Everything matched the listing exactly. No surprises, no misleading photos. The bed was a little firm, but honestly about what you’d expect from a typical hotel mattress. We appreciated being able to control our own temperature, and the door code was sent several hours before check-in, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The host also provided clear communication options if needed, though we didn’t have to reach out during our stay.The location is beautiful, right on the edge of the water, and it was quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for.Two small areas for improvement: the living room curtains are somewhat see-through from the outside, which reduces privacy at night, and the shower water pressure was pretty weak.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. And would recommend to friends and family.
