We had a wonderful stay at Iron Horse. The property was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect hangout and lodging for my daughter's 18th bday with a few friends. It is very close to shopping and good food. Very comfortable amd cozy. Great accommodations.

Chic downtown condo

I’ve been to Hot Springs many times but have always stayed at hotels in town or condos by the lake. The Iron Horse is a fantastic place to stay for a family, it fit our needs perfectly with location and accommodations. The condo itself was amazing: clean, modern, Industrial design with plenty of space. Bathrooms are large, kitchen is sufficient size and seating was abundant. We didn’t utilize the kitchen beyond the fridge and coffee maker, but it appeared well appointed. The mgt was overly communicative, prompt and friendly. Definitely staying here again on any return visits!

Excellent property and very clean

The Iron Horse is and excellent property and location in downtown Hot Springs. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. My wife is very particular about cleanliness of the places we stay and she loved that this place was so clean. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Hot Springs.

A group of 4 ladies had a wonderful time! It was very clean and comfortably bedding. Just note there are 25 stairs with no elevator available..

Excellent property!!!! Perfect location! We had the best getaway and honestly the Iron Horse was the best part. We didn’t even need to go anywhere else. Deluca’s downstairs and the Iron Horse upstairs. It would sleep 8 comfortably!!!

Awesome place to stay in downtown Hot Springs

This was my second stay at Chic Condos above Deluca's Pizza. The condo is set up very well. It has a historic feel with modern touches. The LED lighting around the crown molding gives the place an extra touch while relaxing. The built in tablet on the wall for playing music throughout the condo is awesome as well. I will definitely continue coming back every time I'm in Hot Springs.

Exceeded expectations.

The Iron Horse was a well-appointed and modern retreat for our little family of 3 (2 "adults" & 19-yo son). Looking to get away from the holidays (and admittedly dodging any and all cooking responsibility), we booked a stay at the new-to-us-destination, Hot Springs, over Thanksgiving week. We had no idea half the town would be shut down for a few days during our stay, but our rental felt so much like an oasis that we didn't mind it in the least. The apartment was extremely clean, including quality amenities/appliances and the best nontoxic toiletries & household products I have ever used in this sort of exchange. The furnishings, decor, and bed linens had a high-end, luxury appeal that made our stay feel as comfortable as home. We appreciated the blackout curtains and blinds very much. The exposed brick and really the entire vibe of the place was *chef's kiss*. The windows and the views from them we enjoyed a lot as well... great for people-watching. We met the the original interior designer of the digs very briefly by happenstance, who was friendly and welcoming. The rental boasts a two-point security check, which made us feel safe. Despite being above an established & busy restaurant, Deluca's -- that we, unfortunately, didn't get the opportunity to patronage due to our lack of planning (don't be like us) -- the noise level was never even a hint of an issue. We also got *free* parking directly out front, which made loading and unloading our bags a breeze. The rental is very central and walkable to every single thing you could want to see/eat/shop. In fact, it's so convenient that it literally starts at the beginning/end of Central Ave pretty much, and so you can make the whole loop and end back at your place. We easily walked to the Promenade, many restaurants & shops, hiked several of the park trails, etc.... without ever having to move our SUV. During our stay, I had to bother the listed contact about 2x with minor and unserious questions via text, and they were immediately responsive, clear, and friendly. Overall, we agreed that this is probably the best rental property we have ever stayed in. At this price point, booking the Iron Horse is an absolute no-brainer. If I am ever back in the area, I won't even bother to look for anything else. Either you love the place, or you're just wrong.
