Incredible place for our elopement/honeymoon weekend!! PLEASE note the cleanliness has nothing to do with the house - it was impeccable - but it is in an inlet and a bunch of trash had washed up on the property that could possibly be taken care of in the future.My elopement photographer is recommending this place to all her clients!!

Owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. You must walk through the lower level bedroom to get to the game room so no one stayed in that room. We enjoyed the balcony. Quiet neighborhood, too.

Very nice house that was comfortable and enjoyable to the adults and the 6 young children. The boat covered dock was good as we rented a pontoon boat for our visit. Plenty of parking. Good location as it was convenient to stores and restaurants. We had a great time there!

Lovely home, lots of amenities. Great place for a family. It has three levels, so navigating stairs is a must. Outdoor decks are wonderfully furnished with a view of the lake. Big kitchen area that is open concept with a good flow between the table, kitchen and living area. Location is a little hard to find at first, but it is near Central Ave. with easy access to downtown Hot Springs and other area attractions. Hosts are very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Vrbo.

My extended family stayed here for a week and it was perfect. We put the kids downstairs with the game room and they had a blast. The other rooms were also very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we made almost every meal there. It's pretty close to everything in hot springs as well. I would highly recommend.

The location of this property is perfect for access to everything you need! Great layout in the house with plenty of room for hanging out with friends or family. The game room and 2 covered patios worked out great for our weekend here. We spent most of our time out on the lake but there were a couple of rain showers that came through and we spent that time in these areas! Again just a great property & location!

Great time!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Hot Springs! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for the kids to play and relax. The hot tub was such a treat on chilly nights, and we made the most of it. The game room was a huge hit—everyone had a blast, and it kept us entertained for hours. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Amazing Thanksgiving trip

Place was amazing, we found all what was necessary for a group of five families. Almost did need nothing else but just enjoy. Property owners were so kind and so fast in responding to my dump questions, like hot to regulate Hot tub, or find a spare gas tank, or how to find a switch box, all questions been answered right away. Thanks a lot to owners for hospitality! We will be back again for sure

Amazing Lakehouse!

Wow! This lakehouse was amazing and perfectly accommodated our friend group of 4 couples! The online profile accurately described and depicted this house! It was amazing...so clean and spacious! The hosts were very attentive to making sure our stay was perfect! If you are looking for a place in the Hot Springs area, you need to check out this lakehouse! You will not be disappointed!

Perfection is an understatement

Choosing the retreat property is officially apart of my job description because of how perfect it was for me and my colleagues to hunker down and get some important work done. While also receiving the respite that this beautiful property provides. Our hosts were VERY thorough in their welcome to us and checked in through VRBO with reminders which were very helpful. I have been told to share the listing with other people who frequent the area annually who pay more for a space that is way less nicer! Thank you all for an amazing experience. Until next time!

Very well kept and very clean property with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone had great time. The location is under a steep bank much below the road surface making it inconvenient to drag up the garbage can up to the street corner. Host charges extra for not doing the same that is very unusal. Hot tub max temp was preset at 99 degrees that was not reached after much effort, so it was not enjoyable. We had hot days and cold nights making both A/C and heat requirement. With house thermostat we could not achieve the same. We were all seniors 75+ so even though property is excellent I would not recommend the same for seniors.

Comfortable Stay for Large Group

Our group (16) had a great stay at the house. The place was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels and needs. Layout was private for the rooms with still giving group hangout spaces a nice atmosphere. Wonderful deck!!! Plenty of parking. Communication was upfront and clear. There was a slight difference in check in time between the listing and the message instructions but was able to get in just fine! Want to give kudos to yall for the care of the house and shape of everything even with a tornado only a month before! Glad it faired well and loved staying at this great house! Would stay again!

We love the house. Everything was just like they said. We did not use the hot tub. But the black stone was great. We had plenty of extra things, like toilet paper, garbage bags etc. we would stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Lakeland Cove over Memorial Day weekend, and it was an unforgettable experience! The property itself is stunning, with a layout that perfectly accommodated our two families. Kyle and Carrie's attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout the property truly elevated our stay to a 5-star level. Kyle was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Lakeland Cove—10 out of 10! We’re already eagerly planning our return trip this fall.
