Overall stay was good, stayed 2 nights. My kids loved the basketball court, pickleball and pool table. Hot tub was HOT!! I’m not sure if I didn’t read the ad very well but I didn’t realize the unit was downstairs on the lower level with 2 units above. People in the units above were very loud walkers/stompers. Host communication was great and quick to reply. We would definitely stay on the property again but maybe not on a lower unit.

This was a great getaway for the family!! We stayed in the off-season, so the pool table, ping-pong table, and mini golf course was pretty much all ours for the week! The inside of the condo was very clean, nice, and had good dishes and amenities - more stocked than other VRBOs that we've stayed at in terms of paper towels, trash bags, TP, etc. Jeanne was very straightforward and prompt with all communications as well. Highly recommend!!!

The condo was a great size and location. The floors were dirty, the hot water heater is too small for 5 people to take showers . The sheets were very rough and scratchy. We enjoyed the back deck looking at the lake. We had a great time.

Awesome amenities

We stayed with 5 girls from our 10U softball team and they had the best time in the game room and at the tennis/pickle ball courts! The only complaint I have is the room with 2 beds was very hot! We turned all of the ceiling fans on to help circulate air but the AC was just not cooling that room well. The 1st night was an incredibly uncomfortable sleep for all in that room.The 2nd night wasn’t as bad maybe partially before outside temp had dropped with the storm. Beautiful property

Flooring was wavy and cracked throughout except where there was tile (bathrooms). Beds are harder than the floor. Archaic jet tub with broken knobs and you have to crawl over a ledge over knee high. But showerheads come out barely over my head (i'm 5'4") so my husband who is 6'1" had to squat to get under shower head. Fridge sounds like it is dying. So does AC....cant imagine it keeping up when its really hot. Towels were plentiful and clean. Lots of stairs to get down to front door which would have been nice to know up front since we arrived late and had a lot to unload. Stairs are kind of sketchy too. Hair all over both bathrooms floor, too. We picked this place as it looked much nicer in the photos...and with the amenities it had. But after arriving, we quickly decided to skip any of the extras (and I read more into the review and saw repeatedly mentioned that the hot tub and all was not kept very clean)....just wasn't worth to us and we did all we could to stay busy in town and not spend much time there. Host was nice but sent one set of instructions and left another set in the room. We sure didn't want to be charged extra fees so we went with what was in the room so all but vacuumed and that was it. I saw some nice places for 500 dollars and was disappointed that this place was what it was. Would definitely not stay here again. Security guard was VERY nice and concerned that we found our room ok....he was a plus!

Nice place! Kiddos enjoyed the pool and basketball! Friday workers were weed eating where my car was parked and I had grass all on one side. I couldn’t find our bracelets for the other pool which was fine because we all enjoyed the other pool that used the key to get in and out of gate. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location is great. Condo comfortably fit our family of 5. Was equipped was basics to cook, but no cleaners were found to wipe down anything in the kitchen. The beds were comparable to cement slabs at best. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. Pool was also quite murky. Boys couldn’t see their toys through the goggles for the most part due to water cloudiness. In general the stay was tolerable, but both adults will require massages this week to work out the kinks amidst the roll on biofreeze.

The condos were old but nice enough. However, we could hear out upstairs neighbors quite loudly when in the condo. The condo itself wasn’t completely cleaned. There was still coffee in the pot and food stuck to the coffee table. The charcoal grills were not close enough to the condo for easy cooking, so keep that in mind for those that like to cook outdoors. The club house was good for kiddos and offered a nice variety for our vacation. The 2 pools offered a nice variety as. Well.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Hot Springs. It had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the pool and other activities (putt putt, ping pong) on the property. Nice view of the lake from the balcony.
