« Overall the property was good. It does lack some common amenities such as room coffee maker, dish towels and soap. There is also no ice machines on the property so you have to plan ahead and make your own ice in the freezer. Bathroom amenities could be more generous. Only had a small bottle of shampoo. I'm sure we could have gone down to the front desk and ask but those things should just be provided. Overall, room was very clean and beds were okay. »

« A comfortable place for my women's weekend away. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. The listing shows the property sleeps 14, but there are only beds for 10. Two provided air mattresses make up the difference, though one of them leaked severely and...

« A few minor things caught my attention, chipped floor tiles in bathroom and missing grout, continental breakfast was ok but could be better. Big isdue was check-in they tried to blame the room booking discrepancy on expedia abd wanted to bill me for 6 rooms when the booking details showed 3 but eventually fixed the error in their system. Otherwise my group found the hotel to meet our needs. »

« This is our go to everytime we are in Dayton. The hotel is in a great location, the front desk staff is top tier. Rooms are super clean and huge, breakfast is amazing. Only com I have is the morning housekeeping crew isn’t friendly at all and this morning was rude for the second time. But overall I def say make this your stay when in Dayton! »
