The bed in the master room is broken. There is a huge dip in the right side of it as if someone jumped in it. The customer service agent who keeps up with the house told me the mattress should “come back to shape” although I let him know it was broken but just pressed down. The sheets in the second bedroom had stains on them. The dryer did not finish a cycle therefore I could not dry the bedding. I informed the customer service guy and he was very adamant that these were new sheets and there could not be stains. I provided photos. He later dropped off a new sheet set. The dining table and fridge shelves were sticky. There appeared to be a fight in the home prior to my arrival and the guests damaged the home. He informed me if this the day of my arrival and I was not given a partial refund of any sort. The hosting company later emailed stating they were investigating this matter. Just don’t book it.
