We had a good stay at this location. The booking process was easy. There was ample room for our family and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. There were lots of appliances and items for our use which was great to not have to purchase for a short stay. I gave a four star rating due to the following. The host may not have been aware, however there were broken furnishings to include the front screen door and more importantly a broken stair railing which was a major safety concern. Although the linens were adequate, many of the bath towels had lost their “fluff”. The upkeep of the front yard could definitely be improved along with washing out the outdoor trash cans. The location was great from where we wanted to be and the neighborhood is quiet. I would stay at this location again based on the responsiveness of our hosts.
