The renovated atrium provides a space of peace and relaxation while guest enjoy the paintings of a local artist. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience and basic body soaps. Enjoy all that Spring/The Woodlands has to offer when you stay at our place. Minimum lease of 6months, capped bills included as well as yard maintenance and pest control. Must complete background check for everyone over 21yrs of age and must sign a rental agreement.
