We have 3 exterior cameras in front door and back yard that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.
