Ian was very friendly, nice and happy. the room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic. in 2 minutes you can walk to the beach and in less than 20 minutes walk in the city. The 'seven sisters' are very easy to reach by public transport and it takes just 1 hour to get to london. gladly again!“

„Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant. „Booked 2 nights in hove to visit relatives. Booked through VRBO, although it was my getaways that dealt with payment, check in and management. Check in was difficult. I never received the relevant email which provided address key access codes etc. After many text messages and calls eventually got the check in details about 45 mins late! We were there in January and it was very cold, so it was nice to have a warm place so close to everything (though the kitchen can be still be cold!). „Had a girlie weekend away for my daughters 16th, 4 teenagers and 4 adults.The house was perfectly situated right next to beach and shopping so perfect for us. Easy access from Train station, and for those who drive the carpark.House was absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, its a bit of a tardis as bigger inside than it looks.
