« A beautiful, characterful house in a beautiful location. We were a group of 6 friends but it would work equally well for a larger number - it was well equipped and had plenty of bathrooms. The owner was nearby and very friendly and helpful. »

« Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break. »

« The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure. »

« Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la maison de Sandra est idéalement située, proche de la gare et de tous les lieux à visiter. La maison est est très confortable, bien équipée. « Maison typique anglaise très bien située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, du Pier et du centre de la ville. Très bon état et literie neuve. Une des 3 chambres est vraiment très petite (juste la largeur d’un lit 2 places) et la grande chambre donne au dessus d’un Pub donc parfois bruyant le soir. Mais nous avons fait un excellent séjour. »

« This is a fantastic property in a great location. It’s very comfortable and tastefully decorated with all the modern facilities. I think the location is perfect. The only negative comments I will make is that there are signs throughout the property to remind guests not to do this or that, and also that the backyard cannot be access before 7am or after 9pm. »
