« This is a family ran lodge with plenty of character.
Rudy and Claudia are very helpful and attentive
The dogs, cat, llama and little rabbit are super friendly as well.
Perfect place to kick back and relax, it is a little tough to get in and out of there so plan accordingly.
The place is a little rough on the edges, but that is the exact appeal. Itâs a work in progress.
Walking distance from the Maras Salt Mines through a little village
Overall, Iâd come back and would recommend »

« One of the best travel experiences I have had. Xavier and Erica are incredible hosts and people. The lodge and grounds are beautiful. Filled with beautiful plants , trees, and flowers. The lodge feels like an old ruin brought back to life. The rooms are beautiful and very rustic. The beds are extremely comfortable. Beautiful dining room for meals. The lodge is peaceful, quiet, and a short moto taxi ride from downtown. Lastly, two charming German sheapards make the lodge feel like a home away...

« Lovely hotel, really enjoyed the quiet, calm setting at the foot of a steep mountain, with the sound of a stream rushing by and wonderful gardening including tons of flowers. Adding to the peace and quiet, the rooms are in separated cottages, with fireplaces, big comfy beds, good linens, and outdoor seating.
