„Perfect for us…3 retired couples looking to “get away” and spend some fun times together! We had chef Brenda make our dinner on our arrival day with a charcuterie board as well… all delicious! Dinner at the Tides Inn the next night, excellent as well ! Shopped at Dandelion and the Antique Mall. Wish it wasn’t so hot out but that’s just the way it was…couldn’t spend time outside but we had wine and played games! Maria responds quickly if needed. We would definitely stay again!“

„This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. „This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first ...

„We loved our stay at the Cedar Point Carriage House! Everything was very clean and well planned. The kitchen and baths had all the amenities and then some! Thank you for allowing us to bring our boat. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the dock and views more. This rental made everything perfect for a long overdue friend reunion weekend! Great for swimming and crabbing. Owner was responsive and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this property to all for a quiet saltwater getaway.“
