GOOD TO KNOW
The two fireplaces are decorative and cannot be used. The basement is not available to guests. The outdoor fire pit is generally decorative because local no-burn rules may apply; use it only when expressly permitted and keep any wood fire very small. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Keep the parking and yard gates closed. Up to 2 dogs under 50 lb may be accepted with prior approval; please send pet details before booking. The home has stairs and uses radiator heat plus window A/C units rather than central air.
