« The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms....

« Property, location, and neighborhood was great and safe. Nice place. Super responsive to all our needs. That was incredible!! Needs some attention and a few repairs/updates. Master sweet bed was lumpy in the middle. Closet doors in the bathroom were off and just leaning. One couch/futon was broken in the main living room. Pool was out of commission but it wasn’t drained - when you open the curtains you are staring at green algae water and listening to frogs croak.Overall - I would stay here...

« We found this property to be a very comfortable place. We arrived to a clean home. The owner has equipped the bedrooms with nice linens and touch bedside lamps. The bathrooms were sparkling. We appreciated the laundry room and well stocked kitchen. Our grandchildren played in a nicely mowed backyard. The area was safe and convenient. We had a couple of issues that were quickly addressed by the owner. We intend to book this place again when we are in Athens. »
