"We arrived to check-in at 5:20p (check-in was 4p) and were told our room wasn’t ready and they didn’t know when it would be ready. There were several others waiting as well for apparently the same reason. After 30 minutes or so we were given a room. The pros, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. ..."

"The EV chargers were broken, all of them. Breakfast was only grab and go. Rooms were not clean. Hair that wasn’t mine was everywhere. There was a nicotine pouch in the sink. Not a good stay."
