This is a great place to stay. We had a lot of room for 16 of us and appreciated the big kitchen and double fridge. Check in is super easy and convenient. When I asked about a temporary fence for the pool, they had it up before we arrived. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again.

THIS ONE will be tough to TOP!

Our group of 17 (adults, teens and children) is still raving about this house! We have rented condos, townhomes and private homes during our travels to Southern Utah over the past 12 years and have NEVER been more impressed with a house that was obviously designed with large groups in mind. The stellar features that set this house apart: 1) Five ensuite bedrooms with comfortable King beds, large televisions in each (three with black-out blinds and two with balcony access). 2) a Bunkroom with 6 queen bunks, 2 twin bunks and a queen fold-out couch for maximum summer camp vibes. Two toilets and showers along with double vanities and storage cubbies made this wing a favorite for our 7 lucky kiddos. 3) A lounging area, huge dining table and a dream kitchen with a separate ice-maker, 2 filtered water dispensers in 2 large refrigerators, 2 ovens and EVERYTHING needed to make delicious meals (wow)! 4) A wonderful patio, putting green and pool area with a spotless pool, a cover for safety, bubblers, lights, a spa and fire pit, a large propane grill, plenty of chairs and loads of beach towels. 5). A fantastic GAME ROOM lined with fun arcade games, air hockey, and X-box connected to a large TV (my grandkids were in HEAVEN), 6) Rear-parking for easy loading and unloading and a large garage with a freezer for treats! 7) Two washers and dryers! The management team was delightful; quick to respond, always helpful and available. How do you top such a fantastic experience? We LOVED it!

The house was as advertised and worked well for our large group. Only issues we had was over our 10 day visit was the grill had not been cleaned in some time and the recycling bins were taken to the street and never emptied or returned for our use. Small issues to manage. Gorgeous house, lots of space and a great pool.

Overall, the house is beautiful and worked so well for our family. This was a family trip and we had 16 people with age ranges from 13 to 79. The home was very clean and everything worked well. The rooms were great - everyone had their own space and bathroom.The listing states quiet time starting at 7 pm. The neighbors do not worry about the quiet. The homes are VERY close together and the neighbors were in their pool playing and yelling until 3 or 4 am multiple nights. These were different families as we saw one group depart and thought it would be better, but the next group was the same. I don’t think that house was under the same property management, so nothing the property manager could do about the noise.Even during the day, the neighbors would blast music while enjoying the pool, which meant we had to listen to their music while at our pool.During our stay, there was a leak in the 2nd floor from an air conditioner. Property management took care of it, but it took 2 days and we had to walk through wet towels and had to put out trash cans to collect the water and make sure we emptied it. We then had to wash the towels used to soak up the water. We get that maintenance items such as this happen, but it did stop us from enjoying the game room for 2 days.The neighborhood is still being built and the homes and landscaping are really beautiful. Someone came twice to clean the pool while we were there, which was also really nice.

Travel Golf Trip

This was for our 7th annual travel golf trip where we pick a new state every year. This was by far everyone’s favorite property we’ve stayed it. It’s very modern, clean and has plenty of fun activities to offer. The actual property matches the pictures online. The owner returns inquiries very promptly. Very nice neighborhood close to several nice courses. Highly recommend!

Felt like Home

It was a pleasure staying at Casa Blanca. The host was great and attentive. Easy communication. We will definitely recomend this property. Beautiful throughout and very acomodating. We were a group of 11 people and we all enjoied our own private spaces.

Awesome!!

We loved staying at this house. It was clean and big enough for our family. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.There were a few little things that were broken or we couldn’t get them to work. There wasn’t of places to eat close by. But our host was great to respond and overall it was a great vacation!

Nice home. Plenty of space. Kids especially loved the bunk bed room. They do charge extra to heat the pool in the winter, which we have not experienced in other rentals in the St George area.

Great location and fun house

We had a great trip. The location is great very convenient to many places. The house was very nice and great set up. It has everything you need and more. The pool and outside was terrific. My son really enjoyed the arcade games. The way the house is set up, you have privacy when you are out in the pool which is very nice. We had great communication with the owners but didn’t need much as it was all well documented and set up. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice clean, new house, lots of space, a pool and great location in southern Utah. Would definitely go back.

Very nice place

The place was very clean. The owners and the property management were quick to responses. The layout was nice especially the kids bunk room. The reason I took one star off for location and neighborhood was due to the fact that there is construction going on still. Overall we liked the place. The morning we were to leave I get an email for the check out procedures and it said we could have a late check out of 12 instead of 10:00am. Wow, that was nice even though we didn't ask for one. We all got up and were about ready to leave by 10 anyway. It was a good thing we did cause right at 10:00 there was a knock at the door and it was the cleaning crew. We hurried and grabbed the last few things upstairs so the crew could start up there and we all gathered in the kitchen/dining area gather the last few things and say goodbye. The cleaning crew started on the upstairs but after about 10 minutes or so the head cleaning lady came down and told us we all had to leave right away. We told her that we were told her about the email and that we had a late check out of noon. She didn't care and told us leave. It was kind of annoying but

A Place to Remember

This is a spectacular property. My friends and I were playing at the local golf courses for the week and needed a place to stay. We didn’t want to stay at a hotel and was looking for a place that we can hang out, cook and enjoy the weather when we weren’t on the courses. This place checked off all the boxes. The place was immaculate from top to bottom. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook including a BBQ grill in the patio. They were even considerate to leave plenty of ice in the freezer in the garage. The pool, spa, fire pit and putting green in the back was perfect for evening relaxing and unwinding. The game room was nice even though we didn’t use them that much. Great to kids occupied if you bring them. Plenty of bathrooms and 2 washer dryers to use as well. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone bringing a large family or like us had a bunch of friends spending time. It was pricier than other rentals in the area but the added amenities made it worth it.

Súper fun stay!

We recently stayed in this large, beautiful home that comfortably accommodated our family of 27, and it was so much fun. The spacious layout provided enough room for everyone, and the highlight for the kids was undoubtedly the pool, where they spent hours on end, even into the night. The fireplace added a cozy touch, perfect for making s'mores. There was an abundance of amenities, including a grill, and access to a community pool and gym. Everything made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the most convenient features was that each room had its own bathroom, a rarity in rental homes, and everything was in working order—a refreshing change from past experiences. This home is ideal for families of all sizes, and the arcade games were an added bonus that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Teacher Retreat

We brought six teachers for a well deserved get-away. This home was perfect. The house is clean, well designed, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The outdoor gathering areas are as well designed as the interior. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our group. There is an additional fee to heat the pool during the winter, but it was well worth it. I plan to rent this house again with my family.

Wedding Party

We booked this incredible home for our family to stay in for our wedding weekend. We have a very large blended family ranging in age from 9 months old to 28. This house was perfect!! From pool and hot tub to game room to large bedrooms and bathrooms.....there was so so much space and this home is stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We felt like it was a home away from home. There are so many large gathering areas, our family especially loved the kitchen and family room. We were all able to gather as a family for meals and games and just hanging out. These owners wer an absolute dream to work with. We asked a lot of them and they were so responsive and so accomodating. From check in to check out to needing passwords to heating pool....you name it and they were on it! We cannot wait to visit again with our family!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful spacious home!

This home was fantastic for our stay! We had about 20 people total and there was more than enough space for everyone. It never felt crowded. The bedrooms were great and we loved all having our own bathrooms! Pool and hot tub were awesome, even though we are in the dead of winter. The kids loved having the private pool! Location was also fantastic, off the busy road, but not far from stores. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

A Beautiful Home to make plenty of memories! Perfect for a big family gathering!

The house is amazing - Very clean, functional, large enough to gather a big group. We seated all 24 of us for Thanksgiving dinner around the tables! - All bedrooms were so nice with the bathroom attached - The arcades provided hours of fun for the kids - the Layout was so nice and roomy - the house was even nicer than the pics showed - the garage is large for 2 cars and a large parking area for all our 4 remaining cars The Pool and Hot Tub - the pool was VERY fun and the management always helped us get it to the right temp - they put up a safety net for us, which other homes were not willing to do. It was a game changer. We had 3 small children and did not want to take any chances and this host and management made sure we had the fence up before we came. THANK YOU The Host and Management - They answered all questions almost immediately and were very kind and gracious The Hurricane Area - it's close enough to St George to do things there and much quieter. There are 2 grocery stores close by which made it very handy Overall This is one of the best, if not the best homes we have stayed in with a VRBO. We had a blast and would rent this again if we come back to the area. Thanks to the host and management team for making our stay so perfect. The memories made in your home will be treasured forever! Thanks for sharing it with us!
