Great anniversary trip

Beautiful place, just as described and pictured. Pool was wonderful. Very relaxing and a quiet, private retreat. A great place to come back to after a day of activities or just to relax and swim all day!

Would love to stay again!

We loved this home. The location was perfect and the home was very specious with a good size pool! Kendall was very quick to respond. We even had a small hiccup with the stove and maintenance was there to fix it within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Overall great trip

We had a great vacation staying here! There were a few minor inconveniences that we had. The remote to the hot tub wasn’t working which was a little frustrating considering I had paid extra to be able to heat it. I think it was annoying on both ends for us to have to call or text anytime we wanted the heat or jets turned on but they were always professional with communicating and getting things turned on, on their end. The bathtub had stuff coming out of the jets when it was turned on so that could use some maintenance too. But overall, it’s a beautiful home and we would absolutely stay there again. The property management was professional and easy to work with. We made some great memories here!

Great place. Clean, nice neighborhood. Close enough to activities and stores.

Great place to stay. My only beef is I don’t think they should charge an extra to heat the hot tub. Hot tubs should be heated regardless. Even the pool heating pricing was steep. Also put those details in bold red on the website so you know right away that those cost extra. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Refresh

The home needs to be refreshed, walls are dirty, rugs were dirty, the pool water was not clear and should be cleaned. Home security keep beeping . (they did get it shut off) I just think this type of and for the price it would be in better condition.

Great House

The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful and responsive. The property was a reasonable distance for going into Zion, and very close for activities in Sand Hollow Park. Highly recommended; we had a great trip.

Fun in Southern Utah

We had a great time. The previous guests overflowed the garbage cans but the property manager took care of it so we didn’t have to. The house was clean and nice. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. There was a problem with the poop cover not opening all the way, but we were still able to use most of the pool. The pool guy tried to fix it but wasn’t able to before we checked out. The road behind the house was busy and quiet loud at times, but I had read that in a previous review so I was prepared. The house is located in a nice area and not far from groceries.

Disappointing Experience

- Pre arrival I had issues getting in contact with rental company to process payment for stay (delayed response, no one answered phones) - arrived day of check in (at 10pm), to find house wasn't clean (dirty pile of towels, beds with no linens, waste bins with garbage still in them, kitchen counters not wiped down) - reached out to property managers, they advised home owners didn't clean as they said they would have ( curious as there should be professional cleaners, especially in COVID times for true sanitization) - property management company had another house, offered that for the night, could give no timeline or commitment on when the house I actually booked would be cleaned as on call contact didn't have house cleaners schedules. I requested property management call me by 10 am the next day for an update. - no call from company by 10 am, so I had to reach out to them to get clarity on when original house would be cleaned - we ended up staying at alternative house as the original house wasn't ready until late in the afternoon and we didn't want to repack and waste more time of our trip. - property management company did allow for a late check out on our departure date which was appreciated. - Post Trip: got a text from a new contact at property management company asking if we backed into the garage at the original house?! This indicates to me they don't check on the properties as they should, we didn't damage the garage door, and the property contact then agreed that is wasn't us as the damave was on the inside of the garage and we never even opened the garage door. ______ Overall disappointing experience and unlike any VRBO experience I've had before. I'm an employee of Expedia (parent company of VRBO) and travel often. I'll give credit to the fact that the on call contact was at least able to get us a clean house after we found the first in disarray, but outside of that and them allowing us the use the coffee machine from the first house as the alternative didn't have one, there aren't other highlights to share unfortunately.

Great place

Loved this stay. The house was clean and well stocked! I was very pleased to see how many towels they had at the house ( a lot of rentals have like 4). The house was exactly as described. The only downside was that the pool was way too warm. Not very refreshing. I don't know if it was accidentally heated before our stay, but it was the warmest pool I’ve ever been in, almost like a hot tub. All of the kids in our group also got rashes and irritated skin from the pool. I don't know if it was a sensitive skin type thing or what, but none of the adults had any issues. We would absolutely stay again.

Zion Beauty

Great stay in Hurricane! Plenty of space for a large family. The pool was a bonus to come back to after a long day at Zion which only took us 35 min to get to. The house was a big hit with our family. Great experience!

Great Location to visit the National Parks

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was very clean and spacious and the pool was definitely a must this time of year. It is a very quiet neighborhood but the road was noisy at times. We loved the area and the drive to Zion was about 30 minutes. Great Area!

Very nice home.

Plenty of room for 4 adults. It definitely had road noise from behind the house. We were away most days hiking so didn't bother us as much. Not a place for peace and quiet. Overall would recommend this place.

Family Spring Break

Great getaway for our family of 4 and mother-in-law. We invited some other family members that weren't able to come, but the property would have easily been able to accommodate us all. We got so much use out of the pool and hot tub! Great kitchen and dining! We were also so close to Sand Hollow Reservoir where we spent some time paddle boarding. We got a little confused on how to turn the hot tub on, etc, but the property contact people were super responsive and helpful. It was really great trip, we're already talking about going back :)

Perfect for our Family

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, the house has plenty of towels and other unexpected accommodations like shampoo, body wash, face wipes and even laundry detergent if needed. We paid to heat the hot tub which was a must! And honestly, there was no need to heat the pool as that hot tub gets plenty hot and the refreshing cool pool was perfect after a long soak. The road running behind the house wasn’t a problem and never bothered our stay. We also didn’t come hoping for peace and quiet - just a beautiful place for our family to be together! The VIEWS are spectacular and the neighborhood is gorgeous. The communication with the property management company was prompt and very friendly before our arrival. A couple minor gripes: the TV in the bunk bed room is oddly placed. So only one of the beds could realistically watch while laying down. It would be nice for a sturdy pool ladder to be added to the side for those with minimal mobility, needing help in and out of the pool. Other than that, we enjoyed every minute and felt at home almost immediately. Thanks again for sharing this beautiful piece of property with us! 😀

fun for family close to sand hallow

this stay was very nice. family enjoyed it a lot. the road is close and is noisy but we got used to it after a day or two. pool was nice for the kids to play in. The people worked very well with us with any questions we had. The beds were awesome. I would most likely stay here again with our family.

Good location for accessing hikes/rides throughout greater St. George/Zion area

The overall location, in terms of getting to/from hiking/biking trails throughout the greater St. George and Zion areas was good. Beautiful views of red rock landscapes in all directions. Nice neighborhood for strolling in, and Sand Hollow State park trails are within walking distance (we saw a coyote on our first morning walk!) The house is very nice, with adequate kitchen amenities. The biggest downside: the house backs up to a very busy road. The sound of ATVs, cars, motorcycles, etc. starts at about 6am and goes until after dark. Roof top terrace with dining table is a nice additional feature (but loud, due to proximity to the road). The pool could have been cleaner, but it was certainly usable.

Very nice

Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and upper patio. Nice home. The bedroom closest to the master room, could use a more firm mattress. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
