We stayed four nights at this property and thought it was a beautiful choice. It is nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything we could want or need. More so than any VRBO we have ever stayed at. We had a great time visiting Zion and Bryce but also hanging out at the house. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. Our only concern was the hardwood floors and the carpet were not very clean. Overall a great vacation spot at a great price.

Clean and nice house

Would recommend this property to those visiting Zion in a large group. It's super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sage, the owner, is great and very accommodating. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Perfect Vacation Home

This vacation home truly delivered. The house was beautiful, clean, in excellent condition, and very well organized! We were a party of 9, including 4 kids ages 13, 9, 8, and 4. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The game room was well stocked with games. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals (the market was only 5 minutes from the house, making stocking up with groceries a breeze). The swimming pool was right across the street from the house and there were huge floaties in the garage for the kids to use in the pool and lazy river. The house had two fridges, as well as, two sets of washer and dryer, which came in very handy! During our stay, we visited Zion (30 minutes from the house), Bryce Canyon (2 hours from the house), Zion Tubing (20 minutes from the house), the city of Orderville for UTV rides (1 hour from the house), and the Sand Caves in Knab (1 hour 15 minutes from the house). Overall, this house was perfect. You can tell it is well cared for and we are happy we chose to stay here.

Such a fun house and great for multiple families!

The house accommodate 4 families with room to spare. We loved being directly across from the clubhouse for easy access to the pool. This house everything we needed to be comfortable! The only thing I would have changed was the checkout instructions. I did t see the email about checking out until we had already left. We went off the instructions that were listed in the house. The ones listed in the house didn’t say to strip the beds, it just said not to make the beds. So we didn’t strip the beds which I felt bad about after we left and I saw the email. Other than that little detail we had so much fun!

HIGHLY recommend

We stayed at this property with friends (and all our kids) and it was absolutely perfect for us! This home was super clean which was really important to most everyone in our group. These are some of the really great things we enjoyed about this property… - the cleanliness - easy instructions - host was easy to work with - clubhouse is literally across the street and was SO much fun for our kids. (We stayed from April 7th-9th and we understand the temperatures were a bit colder than normal for this time of year, but our kids still enjoyed 2 hours of pool time.) It was PERFECT that the host provided several tubes for the kids and we brought our own goggles. The lazy river was awesome and the kids even loved the hot tub. The clubhouse is super nice. Wish we would have gotten food and grilled out by the pool. There was so much room and seating out there. Next time! - the hot tub at the house was super nice too - all the rooms were super nice and it worked out perfectly that was had 3 boys so they stayed in the arcade room and we had 6 girls so they have a slumber party in the room with the triple bunk beds and then all the couples had their own rooms. Kitchen was beautiful…love the open concept! Also really loved that they provided plenty of pool towels, towels for showers and even extra blankets for those of us who always like extra blankets! Again..HIGHLY recommend!!!

Fabulous vacation experience

We were a family of 9 adults and 7 children. The overall experience could not have been better. The location was excellent - directly across from the club house. There was plenty of room which included indoor and outdoor terraces. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was immaculate. There were so many extras, such as beach towels, kitchen supplies, ping pong table, Outdoor furniture and spa. We truly appreciated all the planning that went into having a fully equipped unit. Zion Family Trip

This home was beautiful, clean and a great location for our family trip! We had 7 people in our group, but you could have had several more because the space was huge! We have stayed in the Zion area several times and this home was one of our favorites. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and everything was CLEAN and very welcoming. The owner was quick to respond when i had questions before booking and the reservation, check in and check out process was smooth and simple. The kids loved the community pools/lazy river and the outside decks on the house had amazing views. We will definitely book with this property again. I highly recommend this home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice House, COLD Pool

Very nice house and property. Accommodated all 21 of us well. However, the pool, lazy river and splash pad were COLD. It was advertised as 85 degrees year round, but it was 75 degrees when we bought a pool thermometer and checked it. That was a big disappointment as we came for the pool/lazy river specifically. When we called to ask about why the water was 10 degrees less than advertised, we were told it was due to the weather outside being cold and in the 50’s and nothing could be done. But if a place advertises 85 pool water year round it shouldn’t matter if it is cold outside or not. Wish they hadn’t advertised it as that way if it really does depend on the weather outside. So very disappointed in that part of our stay. If the pool being cold doesn’t matter to you, then super nice property.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our week in this great townhouse. Large bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, awesome hot tub and a very convenient location to all of the places we wanted to see. We really appreciated the little extras such as shampoo and conditioner in all the showers, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, and spices and cooking oils in the kitchen. The club house is awesome and is located right across the street which the kids loved. Overall we would highly recommend this great rental for your trip to this beautiful area of the country!

Perfect home in a perfect location!

We absolutely loved this home! The home was well appointed, lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. We explored Zion, Sand Hallow and peekaboo slot canyon. Everything was an easy drive from this home. It was great coming back, enjoying the hot tub and community pool. We would definitely stay there again!

Family National Parks Trip

The property was fantastic. Parents, grandparents and kids all loved it! Having the pool right across the street was wonderful after long days hiking. Well-stocked large kitchen made it easy to prepare family meals.
