« During our stay in Room 1606, we experienced a serious issue that significantly affected the quality of our stay. Of the two bedrooms in the suite, the bedroom closest to the entrance had an air vent located directly above the bed. The constant noise from the vent was loud throughout the day. Even more concerning, however, was that at night we could hear conversations from the neighboring room through the vent with remarkable clarity.
