« No hot water, then no water for a full night into early morning. And no info regarding this from the hotel. A backpacker hotel, not a luxury hotel as advertised by Expedia. No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. We finally booked a true luxury hotel at 1/9 the price of this total rip off. Disgraceful. »

« We had a great stay at La Campechana. We stayed there for a week and it was a great base for exploring CDMX. Room was clean and full of natural light, bed was very comfy. The neighborhood was quiet at night but a easy walk to more lively parts of La Condesa and Roma. Security guards at the door were nice and welcoming each time. Would recommend. »
