Das Hotel ist eins der schönsten, die ich auf Ibiza hatte. Es ist nicht so groß, die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder!!!

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren einwandfrei. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. schade war nur, dass unser Zimmer direkt bei einer riesen Baustelle war und wir teilweise morgens dadurch aufgeweckt wurden. Trotzdem wurde ich das Hotel jedem Empfehlen und die Lage ist auch super.

Das Hotel liegt an der schönen Bucht von Talamanca. Ibiza-Stadt erreicht man sehr schnell. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und der Service sehr gut. Leider hat man vom Pool keinen Blick aufs Meer, aber von der Skybar ist dieser fantastisch.

Für Ibiza gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wir waren 9 Tage im OD Talamanca. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat drei Außenpools, eine schöne Dachterasse und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. In der Lobby roch es die komplette Zeit unangenehm nach Fäkalien, dies zieht sich aber glücklicherweise nicht durch die Flure. Unser Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Was wohl bestimmt nicht jedermanns Sache ist, ist das ziemlich offene Bad, die Toilette ist nur nur eine Milchglastür vom Hauptraum abgegrenzt. Das Housekeeping ist ok, jedoch ist insgesamt der Eindruck, dass das Hotelpersonal entweder total unterbesetzt oder ein wenig überfordert ist. Frühstücksbestellungen im Restaurant dauern lange, Essen vom Roomservice steht schon mal 12 Stunden auf dem Flur, alles ist unkoordiniert und auch gerne mal etwas lustlos. Zusammengefasst: Wir haben für den Preis schon deutlich besser gewohnt. Jedoch nicht auf Ibiza.

Es war eine teure Junior-Suite statz Deluxezimmer und es wunderte mich gleich warum denn zur Poolseite, wenn doch den ganzen Teg über dort laute Musik läuft. Demnach stellte ich fest, dass dies gar kein Erwachsenenhotel war sondern Kinder laufend im Erwachsenenpool Wasserball spielten .Ich konnte nicht einmal schwimmen ausser im Meer. Die Mitarbeiter dennoch überwiegend freundlich...aber was nützt das, wenn sich Leute erholen wollen. Man hat doch nachts die Musik noch in der Disco und abends in den Bars - warum dann noch Tags am Pool wo msn relaxwn möchte.Alles nur noch Kommerz und teuer.

They brought our luggage into the room after we arrived. It was so nice we could even check in before time. Stuff was very friendly and helping. Our room was very clean and the bed was amazing I had such a good sleep there. The room was very clean and quiet. And we had a balcony as well. Apples and two bottles of water as complimentary... On the first day we had some lunch by the pool but I wouldn't recommend you doing this because the food was not really good and cold when it arrived. And it took 40 minutes for a Cesar salad... The selection of the menu by the pool is the same as in the room. Breakfast was really nice. It's a buffet but you can choose some extras from the menu like scrambled eggs or omelettes or even protein pancakes. If you like to go to town you have to take a taxi which cost you around €10 for a one-way trip. It takes round about 10 minutes to get one because the hotel is a bit away from everything. You don't have a supermarket or an ATM around. I really liked that this is a quiet place and not a partyhotel.

As you mentioned in your comment, if we have availability and the rooms ready, we do check-in before the established time. Regarding the pool area, we are sorry to hear that the service didn't fulfilled your expectatios, however, I would like to inform you that every day we improve our quality standards and service to get our clients satisfaction. What it has to do with the supermarket, there is one just 4 min from the hotel, it opens every day and right next to it, you can find an ATM. Next time, I recommend you to get in touch with guest service, which will be very glad to assist you, and they can provide you with all this type of information and the general one regarding the island. Excellent hotel with the best service
Our stay was most enjoyable and the staff and service could not be bettered . One important part could be improved.We could only eat on the 6th floor outside in cold and windy conditions after 7.30.This stopped us eating and drinking at the hotel in the evening.A great pity as our best meal in Ibiza was in the downstairs ground floor restaurant at 6p.m the day we arrived .
