„The Nouveau has pleasant and mostly new facilities. There is a lot of construction ongoing (often until very late > 2200 at night) - unfortunately, with very little attention towards the guests. The service is appaling. We reported a stuck and leaking toilet the first night into our stay, were assure that it was fixed, just to run into the same issue again the next night and the night after.
