« As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

Logement bien équipé, et salon très agréable ainsi que les 2 chambres, salle de bain un peu petite pour 4 et un peu vétuste. Dispose également d’un lave linge et d’un sèche linge bien pratique lit »

« This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding. »

« Quirky and lovely. We had four in our group and we had a lovely experience at Howland House and in Newport. House is perfectly situated and hosts were welcoming with on-point suggestions and recommendations. Thank you! »

« This property is perfect for a girls trip. Don’t let the exterior of the building deter you. We were visiting Newport for a girls trip and loved the layout of the space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great amenities and there’s even a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms. Don’t wait book this place. Walking distance to everything in Newport AND a parking spot. 10/10 »

« Me and wife were saying what a great property, we vacation in middletown every year and this house was great! everything was updated, kitchen was large and back patio was amazing with fire pit. We are family we 3 teenage kids, so the 2 rooms in the back with 3 beds and shared bathroom worked extremely well for us. Finished basement was great. and the owner also responded to any question we had within 10min-hour on the VRBO app. Also it was a 5 min walk to "2nd Beach". which also amazing. quiet...

« Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area. »

« Such a cute little property. We were visiting family and this was a great location that also allowed us to visit Newport and Boston. Beds were comfortable and I liked having the washer and dryer so I didn’t have to fly home with dirty laundry. My 9 year old loved the upstairs area. I wish it had 2 bathrooms but we made it work for the 4 nights we were there. I would definitely stay again. »

« I have been staying at VRBO homes for seven years now. With that said I can honestly say this was to loveliest, cleanest, comfortable home I have entered. It was nicer than the pictures.
