« We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. « If you haven't checked out the Harris Neck Nature Reserve you should, in fact go a couple of times- you'll see different birds and wildlife at various times of the day. At dusk you might find an alligator in your path, so keep your eye open. If that's too much wildlife for you grab a cold drink and great meal at Hunter's Cafe! »

« I booked a loft for a extra charge bc it had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. My friend booked a 1 br unit. We got the same room... when i contacted them they told me the were all "technically" lofts. I explained my room matches the 1 br pictures and was the same as my friends room. Why was i charged more for booking the Loft? I got robotic responses not explaining ultimately telling me they appreciate my understanding. I was not understanding. Hey, if you overbook i get it. « We had a great time. Nice place with plenty of updates and amenities for the property. Well stocked to eat at “home” and stay by the water and close by options if you want to venture. Host was very responsive and check in was smooth. »

« I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but the fact that one can't even leave luggage before check-in time is a real problem when one arrives earlier. Any accommodation should have a solution to this problem (and they didn't have). Also, a bit too much communication - for a one-night stay, I received frequent messages for days before, during and after my stay. Otherwise, nice place and well located. »

« The location of the cottage was perfect. We were visiting SCAD and it was so easy to get to. There is a bar/restaurant within walking distance, the atmosphere was fun and the food was good.The property it self was clean and exactly as advertised. « So really enjoy the property and the hosts. Great floor plan with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a home-base when visiting in the area. All the amenities to include off-street parking, and if you've rented in the area before this is not a neighborhood subject to flooding during summer downpours. Like having a yard although we didn't take advantage of it this time 'round but we did use the patio and grill. Many thanks - highly recommend! »

« Great property for 2 people. Since it's the 2nd floor the AC unit had a really hard time keeping the space cool during our stay in July. There are ceiling fans in the main living areas (bedroom and kitchen/living area). Also, don't bring Keurig coffee pods. Bring coffee grounds, or your own Keurig too. »

« This place was amazing! It was so clean and colorful and within a perfect walking distance to the beach. All of the amenities that we needed for a week at the beach were there and Gina was amazing and friendly and helpful. »

« The property was just right for our one night stay. It was clean, reasonably priced and close to restaurants. It was noisy at night due to a bar behind the property that had an outdoor area for patrons. It wasn't a real issue though as I always bring a white noise machine for that reason. I would stay here again. »
