"We absolutely loved our stay here. When we arrived to the town we followed the staff's instructions and were able to find free street parking in the side street directly outside the town walls near the side gate. So we only had to carry our bags maybe 100 meters. Our room was Santa Isabel, which felt very spacious (much more so than a typical hotel room) with a spacious bathroom, walk in robe, two windows that we enjoyed sitting in to read and watch the quiet Obidos streets, and a huge comfortable King-size bed. You need to be able to climb a few stairs (about 12 total) for this particular room, and then just enjoy the large space. We were delighted to find that their restaurant was open all afternoon and evening, so we were able to enjoy a late lunch/early dinner upon our arrival. And the food was so good in quality and taste that we ate here each night, there are also several vegetarian options (also delicious!) The breakfast was probably the best for value (€10) and range that we've had at any hotel in our opinion, we've travelled a lot. There was a range of fresh and dried fruit, yoghurt, cereals, nuts, seeds, cheese, sliced meats, bacon, eggs, various breads, pastries, cake, crepes, jams, juices, tea, coffee.. yum!! The hotel and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. We would very much hope to return here one day. Thank you all"
