« Our stay was very enjoyable despite a couple big setbacks. Condo was decorated very nicely, with the exception of a stained bathtub. The condo was clean with the exception of a fair amount of sand in the living room. Since this is a beach condo, it was not the end of the world. Location was terrific. « My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa. »

« Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here. »

I’ve been visiting Captiva for over 30 years and this was the first time I’ve rented a house. « The condo is clean and extremely comfortable. We brought items for breakfast and lunch in a cooler and dined at local eateries for dinner but appeared to have everything you would need if you were to cook. They have a cooler on wheels and chairs for the beach on the lanai for use. The pool is right behind the unit and then a short walk on the deck to the beach. That is the best part, private beach not crowded and just so relaxing. We loved our stay! »
