„Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.“

„The location of this home is great! It is a quick walk to Andy Rosse and having docks available for fishing and Manatee watching was a major plus. The house itself is in some need of updating, but nothing major. I would definitely rent it again. “

„This place was perfect for me and my family. The kids could run around outside catching lizards and other critters, while my husband and I could supervise from the screened in porch. The house was very clean, although the blinds need to be replaced, a few are broken. The washer isn’t the best for big loads, since it gets off balance very easy. It has a private outdoor shower too, which the kids loved to use. Overall, perfect place for us! Would love to stay here again.“
