„We really loved this hotel. Everything was so fancy and clean, we really loved the bidets, the room set up, and the amenities. This was the best gym and sauna/spa. The pools and views were amazing, I left with the best tan! The casino was nice and all of the shopping too! The restaurants were great too! Thank you to all the staff for accommodating our needs and allowing for a late check out! Thank you to James the lifeguard at the pools and all his colleagues that helped answer questions and ...

„It was a very nice and relaxing time. The staff was always very friendly and helpfully. Only one negativ point: At the checkin they didnt inform us about the breakfast time and specially they dont tell us that we can sign up as gold member. Gold member have 20% discount for all the Restaurants. So suddndly we pay the first lunch without that discount.. All in all was great.“

„This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me.“
