« Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the property was peaceful and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during every shift we encountered. « The staff at the property were polite & greeted us every time we arrived to the property. Breakfast was not the best I’ve eaten at a Hilton hotel. There were many selections available for full breakfast, Most items were overcooked. The room & linen was clean, the carpets throughout the property were badly stained. Hallway carpet on the 6th floor was lifted and very dirty. »

« The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional. »

« The property was very nice. Beautiful Winery and excellent landscape. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Checkin process was great. The breakfast quality wasn't value for money. I had a billing issue which was efficiently addressed and staff were attentive to my needs. Their care for their guests is exemplary »
