The bed was really comfortable.There was an issue with our initial cottage having a brokent AC, but before we'd even arrived, the management made plans to get us into another unit with no issues and with a similar location to the amenities we wanted.Overall, we had a great time and we would defin9ty stay again. »

Communication was proactive-about a month before my stay, I got a call from their team about an issue with the pullout couch and I was able to plan accordingly. We were a little disappointed the water slides were closed during our entire stay due to maintenance, our kids were really looking forward to that we would’ve just booked a cheaper hotel with a slide if we knew they’d be closed.
