« Our family only stayed one night. We booked last minute but it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was great! Plenty of space, great layout, and a fun cozy feel for our family. « The pool was great! Just right temp on a hot day. Host was quick in response. Beautiful area and we absolutely loved the bikes.We were a bit disappointed in the homes amenities, there was no grill to cook on. Also no extra linens for the beds. No iron, no games, nothing to right on not even a pen. Usually there are things in the house to get started no napkins nothing at all to clean with. Maybe you should think about basic cleaning products. I don’t want to put the home down I’m just suggesting...

« This was a great stay. Loved the heated pool and cleanliness of the house. I do wish they supplied more than one wash rag and 1 bath towel per person. A couple more lounge chairs would have been nice or a large pot/baking sheets. Other houses we stayed in included cards and or games to play. Also a TV in the master would be great! Overall a great place for a relaxing vacation stay, would book this house again. »

« The listing photos versus what is on the property are two different things. In the listing you see bicycles for guest use. Those are in disrepair, flat tires and inner tubes, unusable and covered with garbage in the garage. You see multiple kayaks; there is only one. You see multiple arcade games; there is only one. The air hockey table does not work. Batteries in the remotes were dead, outdoor pool lights do not work. Place was clean overall. Kitchen poorly appointed. If you want to have steaks...

« The rental is nice for a family trip to Cape Coral/Fort Myers and is conveniently located. The 'family room' with the pool table is great to relax at the end of the day. We had a very nice stay and would happily recommend it. »

« The house was up-to-date, comfortable and just the right size for our family. To have bikes, pool floats and beach gear was perfect. The shower was amazing. Loved being at the pool all day, barbecue. We want to make it a tradition keep going back it was that great. Jessica is a wonderful host with the best communication. »

« Wow! This property was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious and clean. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for our stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior. It was perfect! We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards. There is a lot of patio furniture for lounging and the large outdoor table was great with plenty of seating. One thing we did find was that the concrete steps and landing by the dock, when wet, was incredibly slippery and we had wished...

« We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door.
