« Very cute, white, and well kept, with a gingerbread house feel. It feels like a throwback to a different time for personal hospitality. The home-cooked breakfast is excellent, and a customized vegan breakfast was prepared for me, which was unbelievable. What really stood out was the kindness and help from the staff—Nelly went above and beyond to assist me with a difficult luggage situation. Thank you, Nelly. I highly recommend staying here. »

« Our stay at the hotel was excellent. V clean nice view and amenities v good. Rafael was very accommodating and very considerate. Staff v attentive and helpful providing lots of useful information about the island and best coffee in town. »

« Packed breakfast to be provided if leaving hotel earlier than posted breakfast time. Miscommunication or rather lack of communication regarding breakfast being put in room fridge the previous evening. Nobody conveyed this information. »

« It’s shabby, there’s no breakfast and our room smelled of cigarettes. Outside patio furniture is broken. The hosts are very nice and helpful however. »

« 2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel. »

Do not worry if you think you’re far from the beach or where the animals and the seals are you are one minute walk from everything the place is immaculately clean cleaned our room every day no matter what time we left the breakfast is the best awesome awesome awesome five stars all around. »
