« Nous avons bien aimé notre expérience au Monte Carlo Condos, la réception de l'hôtel nous a bien accueilli et nous as remis nos cartes pour nos chambres et nous a fourni l'information nécessaire pour notre séjour ainsi que pour le stationnement. Nous avons eu accès aux installations de l'hôtel, lobby, piscine, toilettes et douche, ce fût un plus pour nos enfants étant donné que la piscine du bâtiment condos où nous nous sommes hébergé, était salle et en mauvais état malheureusement. Quite frankly, we were expecting more from this condo. 1- the wifi wasn’t accessible throughout the condo… to have a good connection we needed to go in the bathroom. 2- there were no lights at the entrance. So at night, it was difficult to enter the condo because we needed to enter an unlock number to go in. 3- the condo needed a refresh… and painting.. 4- the people at the reception were not that helpful and upfront… »

Location was perfect, condo was clean and communication with owner was easy.We only issue was in the listing it was not clear you needed yo supply your own linens, but luckily for us owner reached out asking about a charge to supply linens or bring your own. We took our own and things were just fine. »
