« Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was disappointing—the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed’s mattress was even worse: hard and old. I also noticed that a painting was missing from the wall, only to later find it stored in the closet. The coffee machine was another letdown; I wasn’t sure if it made me want to brew a cup of coffee or take a trip to the supermarket to refill it. The bathroom lacked attention to detail—bath amenities were...
