The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool.) The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped...

« Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage. Bref, vous trouverez facilement mieux tout proche et dans les meme prix. »

« Overall I would definitely stay here again if I return to Miami. Great location and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was well maintained and I used the gym a number of times that they have accessible for guests on the top floor. My wife and I were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the AC was a little loud, but it may just be an old system and needs a little service. »

« the apartment isnt safe to live.the locks of the doors are broken.my mom suffered serious injury.the host didnt even help in getting any medical help and just chose to ignore the whole incident. Would recommend staying somewhere where the host takes care of your needs and is safe. »
